Job Title: Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage our company's accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, managing taxation, and supporting management with timely financial reports.

Role & responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

2. Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

3. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

4. Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance & returns.

5. Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

6. Track expenses, budgets, and prepare MIS reports for management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelors/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

  2. Proven work experience as an Accountant (3 years)

  3. Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

  4. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.

  5. Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  7. Attention to detail and ability to work within deadline.
