Job Title: Accountant Location: Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–4 years (Experience in Trading or retail preferred) Company Overview: We are a growing company operating in the online retail sector. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support our day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial records across both verticals. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries)• Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software (ERP, Tally)• Perform bank reconciliations and track payment gateway settlements (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.)• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups and reconciliations • Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3 B) and TDS filings in compliance with statutory deadlines • Maintain inventory records and support cost accounting • Assist with monthly/quarterly closings and financial reporting • Support external audits and respond to audit queries • Maintain proper documentation for purchases, sales, and vendor agreements • Generate MIS reports for internal review (sales, margins, expenses, etc.) Required Qualifications and Skills: • B. Com / M. Com • 2–4 years of accounting experience (Trading, retail, or e-commerce industry preferred)• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP, etc.)• Good understanding of inventory and basic costing • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Preferred: • Experience handling e-commerce transactions (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)• Familiarity with reconciliations involving UPI, credit cards, and online payments Compensation: As per industry standards Reporting to: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager How to Apply: Ready to take the next step in your career?
