Job Description:

IMS Group is looking for enthusiastic and experienced IT & Non-IT Recruiters with experience in US or Domestic recruitment to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This opportunity is for UK recruitment projects, offering global exposure and a dynamic career path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for IT & Non-IT roles for UK-based clients
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing candidates
  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other professional networks to identify candidates
  • Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines
  • Coordinate with team leads and clients for interview scheduling and feedback
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

Candidate Profile:

  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in US or Domestic IT/Non-IT recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Dice, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and CRM systems
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Prior exposure to international (UK/US) recruitment will be an added advantage
