Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive for Electrical Products to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time junior position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically within the electrical products sector. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Qualifications and Skills Proven product knowledge specific to electrical products is essential for effectively communicating benefits and features to potential clients. Presentation skills are required to convincingly demonstrate products and solutions to diverse client audiences. Pipeline management skills are necessary to track potential buyers and manage the sales funnel efficiently. Experience in lead generation (Mandatory skill) to identify and cultivate potential sales leads from various sources. Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to optimize deals and close sales successfully. Customer relationship management capabilities (Mandatory skill) to maintain and grow relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies according to current sales situations and forecasts. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software to maintain organized records of sales activities and client information. Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential markets and clients to generate sales leads and expand our customer base in the electrical products sector. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to facilitate sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Deliver engaging and informative product presentations to prospective clients to highlight the value and benefits of the products. Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitable agreements for the company and maximum client satisfaction. Track and manage the sales pipeline and report on important sales metrics to management regularly. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to provide insights for product development and marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies that attract potential clients. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to increase company visibility and expand professional network.
