Deputy Area Manager - Business Loans - Underwriting

Duties and Responsibilities- Implement Credit Policy and continuously evaluate to ensure adherence to the policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the assigned area.
- Conduct credit appraisal for Business Loans (BL) & Doctor Loans files for the assigned location.
- Keep delinquency under control.
- Ensure compliance with policy and processes.
- Report location metrics such as Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, Deviation on a monthly basis as per prescribed format.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback for new product launches.
- Offer feedback on credit policy based on market conditions.

Required Qualifications and Experience- Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
