Responsibilities

1) Stay abreast of the latest trends in content creation, social media, and the beauty/lifestyle sectors to ensure our content remains relevant and resonates with our target audience.

2) Develop and implement innovative content strategies tailored for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.

3) Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing.

4) Take ownership of our Instagram accounts, curating visually stunning and viral content aligned with our brand identity.

5) Implement growth strategies to boost follower engagement and increase audience reach.

6) Strong creative vision and strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of brand storytelling and consumer psychology.

Requirements

1) 6 months to 3 years of experience in creating viral content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.

2) Strong understanding of social media trends with the ability to adapt swiftly.

3) Demonstrated creative thinking and a discerning eye for aesthetics.

4) Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5) Prior experience in beauty/lifestyle industry content creation is advantageous.

6) Ability to assist the team in content creation.

7) Proficiency in monitoring various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

8) Experience in video editing tools and software is plus to have.
