Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Pune. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer communication, providing excellent customer service, sales training, sales management, and executing sales strategies. This role requires on-site work in Pune and involves acquiring new customers with research.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong customer service abilities- Experience in sales and business development- Training and mentoring skills- Proven track record in sales management- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly- Self-motivated and target-driven- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus- Bachelor's degree in a related field
