*Job Summary:*

As a *Senior Performance Marketing Specialist*, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative lead generation campaigns across multiple digital platforms including Meta, Google, and Taboola. Your expertise in SEM will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing strategies to reach and engage our target audience effectively.


*Key Responsibilities:*


-Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and Taboola with a focus on lead generation.

-Identify key target audiences and refine marketing approaches to improve campaign performance and enhance results.

-Analyze performance data to continually optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment.

-Develop SEM strategies to increase visibility and lead acquisition.

-Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align digital advertising strategies with overall marketing goals.

-Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing technologies.

-Prepare and present regular performance reports to the marketing team and senior management.


*Qualifications:*


-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

-Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in lead generation campaigns.

-Strong expertise in managing advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and Taboola.

-Proficient in SEM and SEO strategies.

-Excellent analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics.

-Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
