Position**:Digital Advertising Specialist/ Performance Marketing Executive**

Experience: 3+ years

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Campaign Management**: Create, plan, and execute Search, App, and Display campaigns across various paid channels, including Google, Facebook, affiliates, and other relevant platforms.

**Cost-Effective Growth**: Innovate and discover cost-effective methods to expand the customer base, continually seeking opportunities to minimize acquisition costs.

**Collaborative Approach**: Collaborate closely with the product and tech teams to provide recommendations for enhancing campaign performance and alignment with the product roadmap.

**Data-Driven Optimization**: Analyze comprehensive conversion funnel data and employ data analytics reports to optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

**Audience Segmentation**: Identify audience segments and create remarketing strategies to engage them through tailored communication.

**Profitable Account Management**: Skillfully optimize and scale advertising accounts while maintaining profitability.

**Key Skills**:

- **Ad Platform Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- **Analytical Aptitude**: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, ensuring that marketing strategies are based on solid insights.
- **A/B Testing Expertise**: Capable of planning and executing multiple A/B test campaigns to swiftly identify winning strategies.
- **Google Analytics Mastery**: Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics for in-depth campaign performance analysis and reporting.

**Requirements**:
