Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will be actively involved in:

Talent Acquisition

  • Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Supporting resume screening and initial candidate assessments
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and updating candidate status

Onboarding & Joining Formalities

  • Coordinating pre-joining documentation and background verification
  • Preparing onboarding kits and welcome communications
  • Assisting in Day 1 induction and orientation programs
  • Ensuring smooth transition of new hires into the organization
  • Managing employee records and HRIS data entry

HR Operations Support

  • Supporting HR team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Helping with compliance and audit documentation
  • Participating in HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Who We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate in MBA .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
