Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will be actively involved in:
Talent Acquisition
- Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Supporting resume screening and initial candidate assessments
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and updating candidate status
Onboarding & Joining Formalities
- Coordinating pre-joining documentation and background verification
- Preparing onboarding kits and welcome communications
- Assisting in Day 1 induction and orientation programs
- Ensuring smooth transition of new hires into the organization
- Managing employee records and HRIS data entry
HR Operations Support
- Supporting HR team in daily administrative tasks
- Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Helping with compliance and audit documentation
- Participating in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Who We're Looking For
- Recent graduate in MBA .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
