Job Description

Sourcedesk Global is looking for a highly motivated HR Intern or a college student with high potential, who is ready to own their impact in the Human Resources Department as a human resources intern.

As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and build real-world experience with recruiting, talent management, employee development & administrative activities.

Requirements

Role & Responsibility

  • Ability to manage 1-2 requirements a day.
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion submittal into an interview.
  • Recruiters responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and proving a shortlist of qualified candidates.
  • Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description available.
  • Shortlisting resumes based on several factors such as skills, locations, experience, previous employers etc.
  • Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening.
  • Finalizing the interview schedule and making the interviewers available for taking the interview.
  • Job Postings in job portals.
  • Assist HR Head in day to day activities.
  • Following up with candidates for pre offer documents.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and MIS.

Requirements and skills

1) Good Communication skills

2) Hand-on experience with MS Office

3) Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

4) Organizational skills

5) Full time (in-office) internship
