Job Summary:
Avisa Smart Hospitals is seeking a motivated and experienced Referral Sales Manager to attract and refer surgery patients to our network of hospitals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referring physicians, clinics, and other healthcare providers to increase the number of surgery patients. This role requires excellent networking skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proactive approach to sales and patient acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Referral Network Development:
Build and maintain a strong network of referring physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Identify and establish relationships with key referral sources to increase patient referrals for surgical procedures.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve referral sales targets.
Conduct regular visits to referral sources to promote Avisa hospital services and surgical capabilities.
Organize and participate in events, seminars, and workshops to enhance relationships with referral partners.
Patient Acquisition:
Work closely with the hospital’s surgical departments to understand their offerings and communicate these effectively to referral sources.
Ensure a seamless referral process by coordinating between referring providers and hospital surgical teams.
Monitor and analyze referral patterns and adjust strategies to maximize patient acquisition.
Relationship Management:
Provide ongoing support and education to referral sources to strengthen partnerships.
Address any concerns or issues raised by referral sources promptly and effectively.
Ensure high levels of satisfaction among referral partners by maintaining open lines of communication and delivering exceptional service.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of all referral activities and interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on referral activities, conversion rates, and sales performance for senior management review.
Analyze market trends and referral data to inform strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all referral activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Uphold the highest standards of quality and service delivery in all interactions with referral partners and patients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Up to 10 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the surgical services market in India.
Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
