Medical Sales Representative

In this job, you will**:arrange appointments with clients and 'cold call' new contacts**. give presentations and persuade clients to use or buy your company's products. build strong relationships with medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Promotion:

- Promote and sell medical products, devices, and services to healthcare professionals such as physicians, pharmacists, and hospital personnel.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational programs to healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and adoption.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.

Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers to drive product acceptance and loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely support to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify opportunities for product improvement or new product development based on market feedback and customer insights.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the healthcare industry.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and sales performance metrics to track progress towards sales goals and objectives.

Product Knowledge and Training:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry regulations to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Stay updated on advancements in medical technology, treatment protocols, and industry standards through ongoing training and professional development.
- Train healthcare professionals on the proper use, administration, and benefits of the products through educational seminars, workshops, and training sessions.

Compliance and Ethics:

- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines governing the promotion and sale of medical products and services.
- Conduct all sales and promotional activities with integrity, honesty, and professionalism, maintaining high ethical standards at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
