Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated fresher in accounting and finance who has a good understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping and bank reconciliation. The ideal candidate must also have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Role & responsibilities :

ACCA  preferable
* Maintain accurate *day-to-day accounting records* and data entry.
* Assist in *bookkeeping and ledger management*.
* Perform *bank reconciliation statements (BRS)* regularly.
* Support in *accounts payable and receivable* functions.
* Assist senior accountants in preparing *financial reports*.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
* Work on *MS Excel / Tally / ERP software* (training will be provided if required).

Key Skills :

* Basic knowledge of Accounting & Finance concepts.
* Hands-on knowledge of Bookkeeping & Bank Reconciliation.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel / Tally (preferred).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team and manage deadlines.
