Job Description:
As a Sales and Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new leads and clients. You’ll handle the sales outreach process, nurture leads, and ensure smooth onboarding for clients to set them up for success with our digital marketing services. This role is essential in driving both customer acquisition and long-term customer satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on helping clients understand and implement digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach & Sales Calls:
Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social media outreach.
Conduct sales calls to educate potential clients on our digital marketing services and how they can benefit their business.
Set up meetings and follow-up actions, moving leads through the sales funnel.
Client Onboarding:
Facilitate a smooth transition for clients after they sign on, ensuring they understand the services, processes, and goals.
Offer personalized support and guidance to clients as they begin using our digital marketing solutions.
Provide training, product demos, and resources to help clients maximize the value of our services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction during the onboarding phase and beyond.
Monitor progress and success metrics to ensure clients are achieving their marketing goals.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and extend client engagements.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to explain complex marketing concepts clearly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks at once.
Comfortable using CRM systems, email tools, and scheduling software.
A results-driven and proactive mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
