Profile - Branch Sales Manager – Forex

Experience- Min 3 years

Ctc- upto 12 lpa (Depend on the interview)

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days- 6 days

Role Overview:

The Branch Manager – Forex will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations

and business development of the branch. This includes managing daily forex

transactions, driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, ensuring full

compliance with RBI guidelines, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal

candidate should be a self-starter with leadership qualities, a strong understanding of

RBI regulations, and experience in forex sales and operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Educational Qualification:

  2. Minimum: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  3. MBA or related postgraduate degree preferred.

  4. Experience:

  5. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Forex or Financial Services industry.

  6. Prior experience in a branch leadership role is highly desirable.

  7. Skills & Knowledge:

  8. Understanding of foreign exchange products, RBI compliance, and operational procedures.

  9. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  10. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  11. Proficiency in MS Office and branch MIS .
