The purpose of the role is to ensure fulfilment of requirement of the In-House Spare parts by ensuring accurate production planning and monitoring of production of In-House Spare Parts from all Shops.

Weekly commitments of SPD parts from all Shops Daily/ Weekly
Scheduling & Procurement team Internal Communication with all buyers for bought parts planning & procurement for SPD Assy. Daily
Warehousing Internal Logistics Plan to fulfill daily production & Communication for related activities like material movement & Stock Daily
Outside Vendor External Daily dispatch of In House SPD parts for painting as per required asking Rate. Daily
Global Delivery Center External Vendors credit fund availability tracking & system updating. Stock Transfer Order creation whenever required. As & when required
TS/PSD/Finance/IT Internal Communication for new SPD Parts system readiness & In case of existing parts system errors As & when required
Outside Vendor/ Internal Production Line External/ Internal To ensure proper supply of Engine aggregate as per the plan.
Giving Clearance of available Engine aggregate for daily production Daily
Mfg & Warehousing Internal Inventory Management Quarterly
ERC Internal Sales Order Creation with the help of GDC for supply of parts to ERC As & when required

Relevant Experience :
possess overall experience of 4-5 years in the Supply Chain management & Production Planning.
Key Responsibilities:

•In House Spare parts Production Planning
•Monthly & daily SPD requirement from Spare Part Department
•Preparation of day wise SPD Plan in working days of month
•Sharing SPD plan to all Stake Holders Like Mfg, Paint Shop, Logistics & Materials
•Weekly commitments of SPD parts from all Shops
•Execution & daily monitoring of day wise plan as per asking rate
•Monthly SPD/ VOR Target
Checking availability of bought out parts
Data & dashboard management
•Monitoring and updation of daily SPD Track Report & other MIS Reports • Daily & monthly Target
Supply Chain Management
•Coordinate with Scheduling & Procurement team to ensure correct supply of aggregates and parts as per requirement
•Coordinate with Logistics team to ensure timely availability of materials and parts to the respective shops
•Liaison with Warehousing team to ensure sufficient line level inventory availability to produce required SPD parts production • Zero Down Time
•Ensure Month SPD plan to be met
4Demand fulfilment
•Monitoring of daily spare parts production as per asking rate to achieve daily & monthly Target & external customer requirement
•Escalate material shortage issues to the SCM & Respective Line In-charge to restart of the Spare parts production/ VOR
•Coordinating with Spare Part department in case of any specific requirement.
•Fiat vehicles tracking for incoming required Engines clearance
•Engine A Mount daily supply to Fiat twice in a day • Ensure Daily & monthly SPD Target/ VOR
SPD Parts System Rediness
•In House SPD parts quarterly cost release follow up with Finance
•New In-house SPD Parts release & Master Data updating with the help of TS, PSD, STDS1, Finance & GDC
•SPD parts system errors resolution with the help of STDS1 & TTL
•STO Creation with the help of GDC RMS whenever required
•VCMS System Request to transfer stock from Group Part to actual SPD part • Part/ Aggregate data maintenance
