Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis, develop training calendars, deliver sessions, and maintain training records.
  • Proven experience in Elevator Installation, Quality, or Service.
  • Localize and adapt technical documentation and training materials.
  • Maintain proper records for PPEs and tools; ensure regular inspections and compliance.
  • Ensure operational readiness of all VT Lab equipment and carry out troubleshooting and commissioning support activities when required.
  • Perform hazard and risk analysis to support safe training delivery.
  • Keep training content updated in line with latest code revisions, method changes, and product updates.
  • Support training feedback collection, post-training assessments, and identify areas for development.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and well-being protocols in all training practices.
  • Participate in investigations for incidents and severe near-misses and contribute to preventive actions.
  • Attend Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to stay current on new products, methods, and safety updates.
  • Continuously build capability in training delivery, including the adoption of modern learning techniques.
  • Actively support educational partnerships, collaborate with institutions, and engage with students exploring field career opportunities.
  • IoT, basic computer operations, familiarity with e-learning platforms, virtual learning tools, and effective training delivery methods.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking).
