Role Summary

We are looking for Learning & Development Supervisor at Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Delhi . The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring appropriate levels of skills, knowledge and competence among employees so as to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction and individual / employee morale thereby maximizing organizational profitability and achieving organization’s vision.


Key Activities

  • Conducts weekly training on the Learning Manager Systems for any new L&D team members in hotels and senior managers.
  • Creates and maintain the courses menu in the LMS and their categorization, in coordination with hotels.
  • Creates and updates collective Company courses content in the LMS.
  • Creates and coordinates collective Company classroom / virtual courses, their enrollment and attendance in the LMS.
  • Assists hotel L&D in monitoring compliance training in the LMS e.g. MAD, LQA, APEX, FAQ and compliance modules like IT, POSH, FOSTAC.
  • Converts new content via the Authoring Tool for hosting onto the LMS (content of STEP, OCLD, CDT, APEX, SDP, EDP etc.
  • Creates and updates assessments via the Authoring Tool for hosting onto the LMS.
  • Assists development of hotel specific content via the Authoring Tool, in coordination with hotels, to support training quality in hotel departments.
  • Keeps up to date with Adobe Learning Manager software to ensure effective implementation.
  • Keeps up to date with Adobe Captivate Authoring software to ensure effective utilization.
  • Organizes the Certified Department Trainer (CDT) qualification process for OCLD.
  • Arranges the sourcing, screening, selection, induction and tracking of L&D interns whilst adhering to the highest standards for OCLD.
  • Assists in the creation of candidate profiles for interviews (OCLD, EDP).
  • Participates in common activities of OCLD.
  • Keeps up to date with latest developments in the Learning and Development space to ensure effective training outcomes.
  • Ensures that he / she is the role model and the key stake stakeholder in ensuring an effective implementation of the organizational code of conduct i.e. ‘The Oberoi Dharma’ at all times.
  • Ensures that the organization’s policies are adhered to by all the employees in the department


Key Requirements

  • Experience of 2 years to 4 years in Learning & Development department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Software.
  • Proficiency in Authoring tool software.
  • Content design.
  • Facilitation and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Professional approach and demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal and team skills.
