Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative (CSR) to attend and support surgeon during surgeries,maintain and develop relation with surgeons.Responsibilities:1. Checking all equipment before the surgery: Prior to the scheduled surgery, CSRs ensuresthe availability of all medical equipment and supplies for the surgery/operation.2. Supporting the surgeons during the surgery: CSRs help surgeons perform the procedure bypassing the required tools to the surgeon.3. Prepare and maintain Documentation, if any, post surgery.4. Preparing and updating Daily Reports.5. Gathering market intelligence and competition activity.6. Assisting in OT or Hands On session during our Med Ed programs.Education: Preferred: Diploma/Graduate - Pref ScienceLicenses/ Certifications: NA/Nursing Certificate will be added advantageExperience: 3-4 Years in relevant field and in Operation Theatre .Competences:1. Attention to details2. Pleasing Personality.3. Ability to manage stress and pressure in Operation Theatre environment.4. Ability to Multitask5. Effective communication
