Someone who’s excited to work directly with the founding team, shape go-to-market plans, and open new business opportunities across global markets. Partner with founders to drive global business growth — from lead generation to strategic partnerships. Build and optimize outreach systems, BD automation, and market-entry strategies. Work cross-functionally with Marketing & Operations to align growth initiatives. Engage directly with decision-makers at fast-growing tech startups and HRTech players worldwide. Passion for global business, startups, and talent ecosystems. Comfortable with data, tools, and modern business stacks (Linked In Sales Navigator, Hub Spot, Notion, Apollo, etc.)Available for a minimum of 3 months , with flexibility to extend or convert to full-time. International market exposure — real projects with clients and leads across global regions. Certificate + performance-based stipend + Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for exceptional contributors.
