Role Description: As an Inside Sales Specialist - Digital Solutions, you’ll introduce potential clients to cutting-edge marketing and in-house products and services to businesses that can transform their success. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in digital marketing, tech solutions, and consultative sales. Responsibilities: 1. Prospect and qualify inbound/outbound leads via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and digital campaigns. 2. Provide expert guidance on how our services can enhance their results. 3. Maintain a pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-ups. 4. Understand client needs across services like Digital Marketing, Web/App Development, ERP, CMS, and more. 5. Maintain and update CRM databases with lead interactions. 6. Pitch relevant solutions and schedule meetings/demos with pre-sales and tech teams. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, delivery, pre-sales) for effective handovers and collaborations. Qualifications: 1. 0-1 years of experience in B2B inside sales, digital/tech services, or SaaS products 2. Strong understanding of marketing, digital tools, and technology. 3. Ability to explain solutions in a clear, persuasive manner. 4. Comfortable handling multi-vertical solution offerings and international clients. 5. Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. Job location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai.
