Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Intern located in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, assisting in the sales process, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and communicating effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications
  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required
