Job - Quality Management System (QMS) Manager
System Development & Implementation: Create, document, and deploy the organization's QMS, including quality manuals, policies, and procedures.
Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations by conducting internal audits and facilitating external audits.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to enhance quality.
Documentation & Control: Maintain accurate and controlled quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records, to demonstrate compliance.
Training & Support: Train employees on quality management principles, procedures, and best practices to foster a quality-conscious culture.
Reporting: Prepare reports on quality performance, audit findings, and improvement initiatives for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
