About the Role Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sales strategy targeting retail, jewellery, and luxury industry clients. Identify, prospect, and build relationships with high-end retailers, corporate clients, and strategic partners. Drive B2B sales for customized jewellery, bulk luxury orders, gifting solutions, and exclusive product lines. Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and forecasting. Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and high-profile networking events. Manage post-sale service and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in luxury, jewellery, or retail sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large corporate accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market dynamics. Ability to travel as needed and represent the brand at industry events. Preferred Skills: Existing network of contacts in the luxury or jewellery retail space. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot).
