Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top tech talent for various roles across the company.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, utilizing platforms like , GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech networks.
- Candidate Outreach: Engage with passive and active candidates through various channels, building a strong pipeline of talent.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Interview & Assessment: Conduct technical and cultural interviews, evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and alignment with company values.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture, values, and mission through recruitment marketing, employer branding, and engaging content tailored for the tech community.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to onboarding.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate to drive continuous improvement.
- Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Qualifications
- Education: A degree in BTech/BE is required, HR Background of IT recruitments is a must.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally within an online business or startup environment.
- Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., software development, data science, DevOps, UI/UX design, etc.) and relevant technologies (e.g., Python, JavaScript, cloud services, etc.).
- Sourcing Skills: Proven experience in using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, and tech communities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages to attract tech talent.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Tools & Systems: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms (e.g., Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever).
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on results.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
- Experience working in an online business, tech startup, or SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices for remote recruiting.
