Job Title: IT Technical Recruiter - BFSI Domain Location: Bengaluru, India (Work from Office) Experience: 3+ Years Type: Full-Time, Work from Office Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, particularly in the IT and technology sector within the BFSI domain. This role is based in our Bengaluru office and requires the ability to work full-time from the office. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels like job portals, social media, networking sites, and referrals to attract and source qualified candidates with a focus on IT roles in the BFSI sector. Interview Coordination: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate technical interviews with hiring managers. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand hiring needs and define job requirements. Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Offer Management: Negotiate compensation packages and handle offer extensions. Market Insights: Keep updated with the latest trends in the BFSI domain, specifically related to IT roles, salary benchmarks, and market demands. Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire. ATS Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT technical recruitment, preferably in the BFSI domain. Skills: Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, especially in the BFSI sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Proficiency with recruitment tools like Linked In Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, indeed, etc. Experience with ATS systems. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in hiring for IT roles like developers, business analysts, project managers, and technical leads in the BFSI domain. Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the BFSI sector. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.
