Key Responsibilities:
HR & Onboarding:
- Manage onboarding processes , including offer letters, background checks, and employment contracts.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth transition for employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, benefits enrollment, and HR databases .
- Address employee concerns related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement programs .
US Immigration Compliance:
- Handle visa processing (H-1B, OPT, GC, etc.), I-9 verification, and compliance tracking .
- Work closely with attorneys and employees to ensure timely submission of immigration documents.
- Maintain immigration records and monitor visa expirations and work authorization renewals .
Payroll & Invoicing:
- Coordinate time tracking, payroll processing, and consultant invoicing .
- Work with finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing .
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
