Quality Manager

The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance and control processes within the organization. This role involves developing quality standards, conducting audits, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international quality regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address quality issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Train and support employees on quality assurance and control practices.
• Maintain accurate records of quality audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports for management review.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on quality performance.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and control processes and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory environment is an advantage.
