Salary: 25L to 30L based on experience
Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred
About the company:
Our client operates in the Investment Banking / Management domain, and has built a GenAI based SaaS product that helps in investment decisions by utilizing customer’s beliefs, assumptions, and data within private LLM (Large Language Model) models.
Role:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with 5-8 years of experience to manage and coordinate multiple scrum teams, including backend, frontend, AI, and DevOps. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proven track record in handling complex, cross-functional projects in an agile environment. Current tech landscape: AWS, React.JS, Python, Django, REST, Microservices, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and JIRA / Trello.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead multiple scrum teams (backend, frontend, AI, DevOps) to ensure successful project delivery.- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Agile Practices:
- Implement and refine agile methodologies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.- Facilitate scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
Technical Guidance:
- Provide technical direction and support to teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.- Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team capabilities.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the teams.
Must Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 5-8 years of experience in technical program management in a startup or fast-paced environment.- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience managing scrum teams.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.- Relevant certification (PMP / CSM / SAFe Agilist etc.)
Nice to have:
- Technical proficiency (hands-on coding) in one or more of backend, frontend, AI, and DevOps domains is highly desirable.- Experience in managing AI / LLM projects is a plus.
