Technical Program Manager

Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Support multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects.
- Develop strong partnerships with engineering, product management, partner teams to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives
- Support driving teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs
- Support efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths.
- Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, be the adaptive problem solver.
- Provide reporting as necessary on portfolio roadmap, health, status, risks, issues and mitigation plans.
Basic Qualifications :
- B.S. degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of technical program management experience within an engineering organization, with overall 7+ years in the industry.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Direct work experience in a technical program management capacity to drive large technical initiatives including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Knowledge of technical ecosystems and adequate technical depth.
- Experience managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs.
- Direct experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, and individual contributors.
- Experience managing the lifecycle of large-scale programs and projects.
- Excellent communication skills; skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational communication and attention to detail.
- Experience with software engineering practices and familiarity with coding techniques.
- Ability to quickly adapt to the faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in planning and collaboration tools.
