
Recruitment Specialist

Role Description:
To managing and executing recruitment activities to build an effective talent pipeline. This role involves utilizing recruitment websites and all channels to source qualified candidates, developing and maintaining strong relationships with recruitment vendors and providing consultation to departments for final hiring decisions. The specialist will also maintain recruitment KPIs, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and continuously review and update recruitment processes to comply with current laws and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Recruiting Activities: Schedule and manage recruiting activities to create an effective talent pipeline.
- Establish Hiring Network: Develop the referral program, campus connection and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors and networks to support talent acquisition.
- Utilize Recruitment Websites: Use recruitment websites to source qualified candidates, regularly evaluating their effectiveness to ensure they meet the organization's needs.
- Conduct CV Screening and Interviews: Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and provide professional consultation to departments for final hiring decisions.
- Maintain Recruitment KPIs: Track and update all recruitment-related reports and maintain recruitment KPIs.
- Handle Onboarding Process: Ensure a smooth onboarding process by tracking all related documents according to recruitment work instructions (WI) and procedures.
- Review Recruitment Processes: Review and revise recruitment work instructions (WI) to comply with current processes and legal requirements.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Administrative Management or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years in recruiting.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and websites.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
