We are hiring a US Staffing & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across the US and globally. The role includes managing recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, generating offer letters, and handling IT staffing requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers to find the right talent and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US and global roles.
  • Handle IT/ Non IT staffing and other technical hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networks.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and manage joining formalities.
  • Support global hiring processes across regions.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment cycle

Skills Required:

  • Experience in US staffing and global recruitment.
  • Good understanding of sourcing and hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
