Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Crocoitalia Private Limited, located in Noida. The Co-founder and CMO will be responsible for driving the company's marketing strategies, overseeing sales initiatives, and leading market research efforts. Daily tasks will include developing marketing plans, analyzing market trends, managing the marketing budget, and coordinating with other executive team members to ensure overall company growth. This role also entails leading a team of marketing professionals and ensuring effective communication across the organization to align with the company's vision and goals.
Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive Research
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA from IIM is a plus
  • Experience in start-up environments or entrepreneurial ventures is beneficial
