Job Description :
The team you will be a part of the HR team to implements the organization's human resource strategy, practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing personnel-related tasks, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthening company culture and employee experience.
- Strategic Planning: Develop HR plans and strategies to support the organization's objectives and foster a positive work environment.
- Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding procedures on time.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, design training programs, and coordinate development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and fostering a positive work culture.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee welfare schemes.
- HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, payroll processing, and HR analytics/reporting.
- Compliance: Stay updated on labour laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring the organization's compliance, and adapting policies as necessary.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree/MBA in Human Resources / Industrial / Business Administration from a reputed university or business school.
- Bachelors/Masters in any Engineering degree is desirable.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or CXO position in Medical Device manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of statutory compliances and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office suite.
- Change Management and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
- HR experience in a Manufacturing industry preferably in Medical Devices.
- Experience of 15 years, including 10 years leadership experience in managing of 300-500 employees in a industry setup.
- At Least one stint in any of the COE's like Talent Mgt, Leadership Development, Learning & Development or Talent analytics is preferred.
- Ensuring all the hiring requests are addressed and closed on time.
- Good know how on digital tools and technology.
- Lead from front organizational initiatives in the areas of strengthening high performance culture, employee communications, branding, training and higher education.
- Actively engage and influence the change management and continuous improvement in the HR function and the partnering business groups.
- Ensure consistency and compliance of HR practices and policies - in compliance with central, state, and local laws.
