Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a Hotel Management background to drive sales and revenue growth for our hospitality business. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, proven sales expertise, and in-depth knowledge of the Hyderabad market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure timely closures.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • 5–10 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad hospitality market (preferred).
