Community ManagementOversee online community engagement, comments, DMs, and feedback on social media platforms.Build and maintain strong brand-consumer relationships through timely communication.Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Manager (3–6 years preferred).Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and short-form video platforms.Experience managing content teams and coordinating creative workflows.Ability to develop data-driven strategies and analyze social media metrics.Excellent communication, leadership, and creative problem-solving skillsKnowledge of social media advertising, SEO, and influencer collaborations is a plus.
