Job Title: Female Office Assistant Location: Khar West Job Type: Full-time Salary: 15,000-20,000 Reports To: Office Manager / HR Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and professional Female Office Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow within the company. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Handle document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and printing
  • Support HR or Admin teams with clerical tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and common office areas
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
