Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Management: Generate and follow up on leads, manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relations: Identify client needs, build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, and provide expert guidance through the property transaction process.
  • Market Expertise: Advise clients using in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including property values, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Property Showings: Coordinate and conduct property showings for potential buyers.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers and successfully close sales transactions.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Post-Sale Management: Handle client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction after a sale is made.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients and other parties.
  • Relationship Building: Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local real estate market and ongoing trends.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in real estate CRM software for lead management and customer relations.
