Job description

Job Responsibility

1. To lead the team of projects for smooth functioning of project.

2. Supervise the detail engineering including mass balance, energy balance, line sizing, design of equipment, process

datasheets, data sheet, control and operation philosophies, BOM, layouts & design.

3. Facility creation/ modification for process simplification. Technical assessment of new technology or project.

4. Preparation with project schedule and coordinate with cross functional team for timely execution.

5. To review technical documents including P&ID/ PFD, layout, data sheets etc. for existing and new projects.

6. To review the qualification documents related with new installed ones.

7. Material indents & follow-up with head office.

8. Ensure safe working conditions for man and material and adherence to health, during implementation of project activity

as safety and environment policy of company.

9. Targeting cost reduction initiatives and energy conservation by means of process improvement.

10. Execution of process optimization activities like yield improvement, solvent recovery optimization, batch cycle time

reduction by co-ordination with cross functional team

11. To Orient the Engineering Team towards Updated Knowledge for CGMP and Regulatory Norms.

12. To train his subordinates for new technologies, GMP & Qualification.

13. To review the related documents of projects as SOP etc.

14. To close the Plant modification after completion of work.
