Key Responsibilities:


• Provide feedback to representatives on their call quality and provide coaching to help them improve their performance.

• Identify areas of improvement in the customer service process and work with the management team to develop solutions.

• Create and maintain reports on call quality, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Provide regular feedback to management on call quality and team performance.

• Conduct regular training sessions for representatives on best practices and quality standards.

• Collaborate with other teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Hindi, English,& Malayalam.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of quality monitoring tools preferred.
