Job Summary:

As a Sales and Marketing Professional at Struent, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and enhancing our brand presence in the market. This position involves a blend of sales activities, marketing strategy implementation, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, an excellent communicator, and have a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and cold calling.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our brand.
  • Provide feedback from clients and market research to the product development team to help shape future product offerings.
  • Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, using data to optimize future strategies.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the VLSI/Semiconductor sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies, as well as the ability to apply them in practice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively convey the value of our products/services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
