Mr. Ong – The Flavours of Singapore is the city's first authentic Singaporean cuisine restaurant. Inspired by the fast-paced Singaporean hawker-style food, Mr. Ong serves delicious signatures rooted in the culinary origins of Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and authentic preparation methods.
Park Brasserie is a warm, comforting space in line with the residential ambience of the hotel. Its floor to ceiling glass windows offer unhindered views of the serene lily-pond and it serves as the hotel’s all-day dining outlet where live counters are set up during breakfast and dinner buffet periods.
Antahpura Spa is an oasis of calm in the chaos of the city that allows you to connect with your inner self. Relax poolside, workout on strength training machines or indulge in a luxurious spa treatment.
The sophisticated and residential style venues at The Apartment have the flexibility to host everything from dynamic sales meetings to birthdays and wedding celebrations. The elegantly layered décor and personal touches like bookshelves separate our spaces from conventional banqueting spaces while adding intriguing detail to every event.
Job Description You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. You will be required to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to assist the related revenue is maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.
Qualification Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years' work experience as Sales Manager or Sales Executive in Hotels. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
