 Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at GST Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales for our accounting and legal services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


 Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Conversion:

   - Call leads generated from social media and the website.

   - Convert these leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our services.


2. Offline Sales:

   - Handle walk-in clients at our office.

   - Provide information about our accounting and legal services and convert inquiries into sales.


3. Field Sales:

   - Visit potential leads at their offices.

   - Explain our services in detail and close sales deals.


4. Customer Follow-Up:

   - Follow up with customers for payments.

   - Encourage secondary sales and maintain a positive relationship with existing clients.


 Qualifications and Skills:


- Proven experience in sales, preferably in accounting or legal services.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in English and Tamil.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- High degree of self-motivation and ambition.

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
