ROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Workclosely with HODs operations and account teams to ensure theintegrity and reliability of our assets contributing to the overallsuccess of ouroperations.
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to ensure efficient utilization andoptimization of company assets while maintaining compliance withindustry standards and regulations. You should have the ability toinfluence without authority and do so by using data andfacts.
  • You should becomfortable with processes and process design/analysis. As a partof this role you will be expected to work closely with differentteams to define/ optimize processes to ensure asset security. Youshould be able to take a complex problem and break it down intosmaller digestiblechunks.
  • Work with theAsset Assurance Head to present findings to CEO and CFOperiodically. You should be analytical and be able to justify yourdecisions and approaches withdata
  • You are matureand able to function independently with limitedguidance.

PREFERREDSKILLS
  • 1Track record of selfdriven and resilient approach to working in afastpaced highly crossfunctional and ambiguous startupenvironment.
  • Shouldhave a very high degree of ownership act on behalf of the companyand never say That s not my job
  • Should be able tooperate at all levels stay connected to the details auditfrequently and be skeptical when metrics and anecdotes differ. Notask should be beneathhim/her.
  • Should have ahigh bias for action. Should be able to take calculated risks andprioritize speed overperfection.
  • Shouldinsist on high standards continually raise the bar and drive theirpeers to deliver highquality products services and processes.Should ensure that defects do not get sent down the line and thatproblems are fixed so they stayfixed.
