in collaboration with others.
Toevaluate tender price estimate afterspecification study for varioustenders. Collaborate to finalize price estimates for tendersubmission within the tender submission timeline.
Toprepare Proposals for sales & marketing engineers forparticipation qualification and documentation required. Coordinate& Prepare for proposal submission within thetimeline.
Job holders in this role will takeresponsibility for proper estimation tender submissionand
Proposal preparation following the approval processof the organization.
Candidates with similar experiencein the same line of business/Industries will bepreferred. KeyResponsibilities: 1To lead purchase team and develop best procurement policies andprocedures in SCM.
2 To lead team for procurement of allitems required for the project requirement and ensuring ontimeavailability of mechanical boughtout items & indented itemsfor ongoing projects.
3 Involve in finalization ofcommercial term to get right material on right time and at righttime.
4 Collaborating with Finance Projects QAC andstores departments.
5 Ensure an uninterrupted supply ofmaterials.
6 Vendor partnership to meet present andfuture requirements. It involves primarily quality delivery andcost.
7 Ensure perfect documentation system forprocurement.
8 Rate contracts with suppliers forconsumables third party manpower & servicepartner.
9 Monitoring of the Open purchase orders andensuring it is aligned with required delivery as per projectrequirement.
10 Contribution to cost and pricecalculations. Drive activities to reduce cost with CFT. Critical Competenciesfor the Job:
1 Workexperience as a Manager of Purchase/Procurement/Supply ChainManagement department
2 Experience to lead procurementteam for product base industry preferably Oil & Gassector.
3Procurement experience in bought out buying /fabrication process.
4Sound technocommercial knowledgepreferably in Oil & Gas industry.
5Experience inCapex buying.
6 Sourcing experience in items like rawmaterial like steel pipes tube & flanges standard itemslike valves & instrument fittings and bought out items likeregulators pumps pressure gauge & transmitters
7Procurement experience in proprietary auto components will beadded advantage.
8Knowledge of costing fair pricing& technocommercial negotiation.
9Demonstrates afocus on both process and results.
10Possesses ERPdomain knowledge particularly in SAP.
11Strongtimemanagement multitasking and organizing skills.

RelationshipManagement:
1 Liaisewith stakeholders and support management decisions by providingappropriate cost information and data
2 Provide costestimates during the change process and advise of the cost impactof changes. Track and monitor activity
3 Work withstakeholders to ensure estimates are accurate and to makeappropriate adjustments and resolve issues
4 Analysesupplier quotes and provide information and data which aidscommunications with suppliers and customers and achieves costoptimization.
5 Ensure supplier quotations meet shouldcost estimates
6 Support supplier meetings andnegotiations to challenge quotation prices and aim for costreductions to meet target costs
7 Support and utilizeexperience to aid best practices in the supplier process inconjunction with members of the purchasing team
8 Liaisewith the purchasing department to provide continued feedback toensure competitive pricing.
