As an Assistant Manager - MPR Analyst at Nykaa, you will be instrumental in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions across various departments. 3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

- Track KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.

4. Data Governance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance policies and best practices.

- Perform quality assurance checks to validate the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.


5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with teams across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product Development to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and querying.

- Strong skills in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for deriving actionable insights from complex data.

- Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and quality.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
