Role & responsibilities

  • Accountable to manage P&L for digital platforms
  • Manage P&L ownership, pricing strategy, packaging design, and go-to-market (GTM) plans.

  • Champion consumer insights, drive qualitative and quantitative research, and translate insights into brand strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, supply chain, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Manage external partners, creative agencies, and key influencers/celebrity collaborations.
  • Developing and executing the overall strategy, including setting revenue targets, identifying growth opportunities, and defining the customer experience. Business Acumen: Align digital marketing strategies with business goals for growth and profitability.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing Digital marketing for reputed ecommerce / D2C driven organization
  • Must have exposure proven exposure leading of latest  Digital marketing, Growth marketing initiatives
  • Proven skills to setup revenue streams by effective management of performance marketing
  • Should be able to work closely with stake holders / CXOs
  • Excellent experience in managing Performance marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability of Search Engine Optimization & increase in footfall
  • Acute observation and an eye for detail

Education and Qualification

  • Graduate / Postgraduate
  • 12-20 years of experience in a creative leadership role with D2C brands/ mainstream performance marketing agencies.
