Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Define and align the vision, mission, and objectives of the SBU with the company’s broader goals.Vertical Creation and Development : ⁠Build the business loans vertical from the ground up, including team hiring, product design, and market positioning.Business Scaling :⁠ ⁠Optimize processes and introduce automation for faster and more efficient business growth.Revenue Growth : Drive revenue generation by creating a robust lending portfolio targeting SMEs and other business segments.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, technology, marketing, and risk teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of business strategies.Risk Management and Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.Team Building and Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across various functions.

Qualifications and Experience :⁠MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution or equivalent professional qualification preferred.⁠8-15 years of experience in fintech or BFSI with a strong focus on business loans.⁠Demonstrated success in scaling a fintech business from inception to growth.
